On November 26, Sindre S. Stixrud and Ragnhild Sollund presented preliminary results and took part in a panel debate at the annual Sami rights symposium dedicated to discussing the green transition. The symposium was divided into two parts, the first part was held in English: Sápmi: Just transition or green colonialism?
Sindre held a presentation about strategies for resistance against the electrification of Melkøya, the Repparfjord coppermine, and other wind turbine projects, based on the fieldwork in Finnmark in the summer of 2025.

Ragnhild was in a panel debate titled, Temporal Politics, coloniality and resistance in the Nordic Energy Transition, where the theoretical bridges between different disciplines in the study of green colonialism were discussed as well as conceptualisation of green colonialism and other concepts employed in relation to the so-called green transition.
