Dr. Simas Grigonis is a senior lecturer and researcher at the Mykolas Romeris University Law School, specializing in European Union law. His research focuses on Internal Market Law, EU External Relations Law, and Energy and Environmental Law. He serves as Director of the double-degree Master’s program in European Union Law and Governance, delivered jointly with the University of Bordeaux. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Grigonis works at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania, where he is responsible for evaluating the compliance of national legislation with EU law.
